The weekend of 14 and 15 July 2012 was the first model aircraft gathering of Truilhas.
There are more than eighty amazings machines that came this weekend and filled the nearly 2000 visitors came to live there passion.
Airplanes, helicopters, vintage cars, the local market and the first flight by helicopter, made these days a special weekend.
After almost a year of work for the realization of parking lots, kiosks, stage the runway and watering it, the Truilhas model aircraft center is finally ready!
With a grass runway of 1000ft x 100ft DGAC certified, with integrated irrigation and a 7000sqm park aircraft. It is currently one of the best center in Europe for model aircrafts.

The domaine de Truilhas has signed an agreement with the Association of Aeromodelling Argeliers Aude for conducting one of the largest European model aircraft center.
Truilhas’ gardens are currently under renovation. It’s the beginning of a new renovation program dedicated to highlight the beauty of this gardens “à la française”. Restoring the ornamental fountain; possibility to transform it into a dance platform; the gardens are taking an always bigger place in your events.
